Meet Candace

Candace Jones-Ekuke is a business leader and executive coach who helps businesses and leaders navigate change.

With over 15 years of experience spanning executive leadership, business strategy, and operations management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. Candace also has diverse industry experience across tech, management consulting, and non-profit that informs her unique business perspectives and approaches.

Candace is passionate about helping Black women in business succeed. Her education and experiences show her that Black women face unique challenges at work. That understanding fuels her commitment to serving and amplifying Black women leaders and their businesses. One related program that Candace developed and provides is the 40 Hours for 40 Acres™ bootcamp that helps Black women make transitions in their corporate careers.

 

Candace is a speaker and writer on topics related to business strategy, leadership and career development, and workplace equity. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering and an MBA - both from Stanford - and is a certified business coach.

Outside of work, she is a wife, mother, and serial community builder. Candace hosts two virtual communities, Minding Our Business and Wombkanda Forever, that provide resources and support for Black women entrepreneurs and mothers, respectively.
