What does 40 hours for 40 acres™ mean? [VIDEO]

The 40 hours for 40 acres™ coaching initiative and boot camp is committed to equity and advancement for underrepresented people in business and corporate America.

The first boot camp was held in Summer 2022 and brought together Black women professionals across the country to get fulfillment and results in their careers. Participants went on to secure promotions, pay raises, and paid leaves after completing the program.
